Tuition

Fees for the University of Safety Distribution are $500.00 per year, per member company of SEDA or SMG (Distributor or Manufacturer) and $1,500.00 for non-members. Tuition supports registering ALL your students on our LMS, student participation reporting and the ability to search classes and review and participate with online conent. Payment is due and payable on annual billing date each year, which is established when an organization joins UoSD.

Customer Registration

All companies must be registered and paid in full before participating in any online content. Registered students will have a transcript of courses accepted, completed and in progress, as well as certificates of completion and all test results.

Exclusive Member Content

Level 101 courses are designed for the sole use of SEDA & SMG members. Exclusive content courses are developed at an extremely reduced charge for members, and are available as single programs for as low as $10.00 each. Scheduled topics include, but are not limited to: Glossary of Safety Terms, Gloves 101, Eye Protection 101, etc.

Employee Development Courses

The Employee Development Bundle contains 25 courses (approximately 92 hours) pertaining to employee communication skills with an emphasis on listening, telephone communications, writing, electronic communication, ethics and time management. You may license this package for $321.00 per year, per employee.

Specialized Skills Development Courses

Specialized Skills Development Courses are bundled, job specific, e-learning packages containing 10-25 courses. Members of SEDA & SMG have exclusive access to all bundles. Categories include: Sales & Customer Service, Management & Leadership, Professional Effectiveness, Business Strategy & Operations, Marketing & Strategic Planning, and Finance, Human Resources & Administration. Prices vary from $210.00 to $432.00 per bundle.

Manufacturer Training Courses

UoSD is committed to providing all participants the ability to enroll in any manufacturer’s online training course, provided their company or organization is a registered distributor or agent for the specific manufacturer. Course cost is absorbed by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer at their option, may award “$BlueBlucks” dollar points for successful completion of the course. Manufacturers may also limit the number of course seats available for participation.

Custom Designed Private Universities

UoSD can develop a private university for any registered user. Upon request, UoSD will submit a custom quotation to establish a private university with all the features of UoSD. Price start at $6,000.00. Two market categories for private universities include:

Good – Designed for companies with dedicated resources in formulating their training plan.

Best – Designed for companies without dedicated resources and require significant assistance in formulating their training and university plan.
